YAP alerts move around the video

Each detected filler appears at a randomized safe position instead of covering the same corner repeatedly.

Tester checklist

  • The alert stays inside the video frame.
  • The filler phrase appears beneath YAP.
  • Seeking backward allows the alert to play again.

Catch YAP before it disappears

Every YAP alert is now a target. Catch it quickly to add more points to your total—no start button needed.

Tester checklist

  • Click, tap, or use the keyboard to catch each YAP.
  • With a mouse, YAP politely dodges once, then waits to be caught.
  • Faster reactions earn more points, from 25 to 100.
  • Missed YAPs never reduce your accumulated score.
  • Each catch responds with a chime, impact burst, floating points, and an animated score.
  • Seeking cancels the current target without counting as a miss.

Rapid fillers trigger epic fireworks

Four fillers within ten seconds launch one full-screen celebration with seven bursts, 98 particles, and rising confetti. The counter then resets.

Tester checklist

  • Two rapid fillers add sparks.
  • Three rapid fillers create a larger burst.
  • Four within ten seconds cover the entire browser viewport.
  • The counter resets after fireworks, so extra fillers do not restart the animation.
  • Reduced-motion mode keeps only the static YAP alert.

Search and sorting take one compact row

Search now sits beside direct sort buttons, saving vertical space and removing the extra dropdown click.

Tester checklist

  • Search and sorting share one row on tablet and desktop.
  • Recent, Yap Index, and filtered filler hits sort with one click.
  • Active and hovered buttons remain clear and readable.
  • Controls stack cleanly on narrow screens without overflow.
